Hell Creek is a fossil site in northeastern Montana. It is most famous for its Tyrannosaurus rex fossils.

Fossil pinecones are sometimes uncovered. Invertebrates are also found, mostly freshwater bivalves or ammonites.

Fish can also appear, such as sturgeons, garfish, and sharks.

A few fossil amphibians and turtles can occasionaly be found.

Mammal fossils are relatively common, as are avialan birds.

Most famous, though, are the dinosaurs, such as Tyrannosaurus, Triceratops, and Edmontosaurus. Also found are Pachycephalosaurus, Ankylosaurus, Dromaeosaurus, Anatotitan, Ornithomimus, and Parasaurolophus.
